Default Need help on setup: Lowering + New wheels

Hi, I am new to wheels and suspension upgrades and I have been search around the web but couldnt find the answer hence posting here to ask for help.

Model
Lexus IS250 2006 White

Current setup
Springs: Standard
Wheels & tyres: 17" original alloys, 225/45/17 front, 245/45/17 rear

Aim - I have been doing some research and thought this might be best
Springs: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232006340041 - lowering 44mm front, 25mm rear
Wheels: 19" 8.5J front, 9.5J (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/19-CRUIZE-...4AAOSwcLxYI0Ba)
Tyres: someone have already suggested that the following setup will be best

F - 19x8.5__36mm offset__tire 235/35/19
R - 19x9.5__37mm offset__tire 265/30/19

reference: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-part-uno.html

I am trying to get my car to how it looks on the picture attached below, can I please have some advise on the best setup please.

Below is current setup

Questions

1) Is the wheel size best?
2) Whats the best tyres size for the 19" wheels
3) 44mm & 25mm drop best for this setup?

Thanks for much in advanced!
Ringo

Depends how you want it. If you dont want to rub id say 8.5F and 9.5R. Also, 44mm is roughly 1.7inches and 25mm is about 1 or 0.9. That is not enough if you want to be low like the one picture you showed us. You're better off getting coilovers

I am on the same plan as you. I already bought my rims with almost the same offsets (8.5/19/+35 fronts and 9.5/19/+35 rears); however, they are est. to ship from the vendor on March 17 (originally March 14). I was going to run the same tires as well, but with 265/35/19 in the rear. Really don't want to lower my car, but might have to depending how the car sits with the new wheels and tires.

Here is my install with the TEIN Street Advance Z. I'm thinkin about going with this set up down the road.. What do you guys think about fender work? Will there be any?

Front: 18x8.5 +30 -- 225/35/18
Rear: 18x9.5 +35 -- 265/35/18

Second option
Front: 18x9.5 +35 -- 245/35/18
Rear: 18x9.5 +35 -- 265/35/18
