Strange "hopping" feeling when reversing at full lock
I lowered my IS250 1.25" and I'm not sure if this has been happening before this or not, but when I am reversing out of a parking lot and turn to or close to full lock while backing up it feels like my wheels are "hopping" every couple seconds. Is this normal behavior?

yeah it's the steering geometry coupled with the low profile tires.
in a full lock turn the inside wheel will actually turn in further than the outside wheel to allow for a tighter turn, the low profile tires can't bend/flex at that extreme of an angle, so they feel like they are skipping/hopping. Same thing happens if you go full lock forward as well.
a lot of cars do this.. it's quite normal, probably more exaggerated now that you lowered the car, especially if your alignment (toe and camber) is out of spec.
