im calling out to anyone who has purchased the ebay sway bars for you 2nd gen. gs from emusa. you know, the pink ones that there have been threads about. their located in indiana. well i ordered some for my 02gs 430 and once i removed them from the torn box they were in, I measured them with my micrometer which is calibrated correctly. the front bar was fine at 30mm. but the rear only measured 16mm. and is advertised as 20mm. id like for those who have purchased these to go and measure yours. i've contacted the seller "speedyracerparts" and ill keep yall posted as to the outcome.
i spoke with them today and they stated that they don't have 20mm rear bars so im now wondering who else purchased these sway bars assuming they were 30mm front 20mm rear (as the ebay ad stated), but only received 16mm rear. plus when i mocked the rear up to my car today at work, it was all wrong. the rear bar was also too long and the bends were the wrong angle.

Why are you complaining about Ebay parts? Lol..Arent you the one that claimed OBX was good..Come on Bro..Move one with it...You get what you pay for..Sometimes you luck out, in your case Not so much..Return them and call it a day..
emusa refunded me my money for the rear bar and let me keep it even though i don't need it or have a use for it. good business in my opinion. I wound up buying a megan racing 19mm bar elsewhere. remember, I only made this post to alert others of the potentially wrong sized bar and not what they paid for. Not to just cry like a little *****.
This is interesting, I just posted in another thread on this subject. When I bought mine about 3 months ago, it said 20mm rear. I don't know why they changed them to 16mm, but my rear bar had definitely been measured at 19-20mm. The stock one is about 15mm, so 16mm isn't much improvement. I'll put the item number below.

Thank you, it was definitely an upgrade, but it sounds like they changed that. Thanks for the pics, that one is very different than mine.
The one they sent you has welded stop collars. You can't see it from my pics, but it is does not have collars at all. It looks like they changed the design and thickness, and sent out this collared thinner batch before they updated their listings.

I know this thread is old, but do you have a close up picture of the ISF end links before and after you trimmed it to fit the diff cradle?
Does anyone know if the stock rubber sway bar mounts will work on TRD blue front and rear bars or should I get aftermarket poly mounts? I've been seeing some conflicting information on different threads
Re: Sway bar bushings for TRD bars for a 2GS, both front & rear TRD Blues are larger diameter than the stock bars, and should use a bushing with the proper larger opening. The stock front bar is 28.5MM. I think the front TRD blue is 31MM (the data is here is you search). There are many providers of aftermarket poly bushings. New, correctly-sized poly bushings with grease to prevent squeaks is the way to go.

Thanks for the info. I found some superpro 31mm front and 19mm rear poly bushings. I was just wondering if I needed them or if I could use the stock ones. Looks like I'll be buying the poly.
