I think your asking the wrong question personally. There are alot of ways to drop your car, but there are also alot of variables that go into the mix of what drop is actually ideal for "your" set up. Ultimately, if you want maximum flexibility, you need to go with coilovers...do a search and you will find more information than you care to read on the different specs of various coilovers. But take into consideration all of the other factors, wheel size, tire size, camber issues, etc, etc, etc..
