Default Car feels like it's dragging....please help!

i have a 2015 IS250 F Sport AWD. I had RSR down springs installed and the car drove like stock. However, the rear passenger side was a half an inch higher so I took it back and they fixed it. Now that I have it back my car feels like its 'dragging'. When i let my foot off the gas it doesn't just cruise at high speeds, it starts decelerating right away. It almost feels like the parking brake is on a little bit, which it isn't. I took it back to the shop and they said everything was fine. To be honest, i don't think they even looked at it.

things that i've done:
- turned parking break off.
- wheels are not rubbing.
- checked RPM which is not unusual. i was thinking maybe there is overdrive?
- i've put it on neutral while cruising at high speeds and it still feels the same.
- switched to manual.
- switched mode to ECO and sport and it still feels the same.
- turned TRAC off and nothing.
- car is not pulling left or right so I'm assuiming the alignment is fine.

i'm thinking maybe brakes are stuck? the deceleration is not dramatic but definitely enough for me and a friend to notice.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Hmm it does sound like a sticking brake. I wonder what they did to level it out?

You did try pumping the parking brake on and off a couple of times consecutively right?

Could try jacking up the vehicle or getting it up on a lift and turning the wheels by hand to see if you feel any greater resistance on one side.

They switched the rear passenger and rear driver springs and it leveled out.

Yes, i did. When replacing springs, does the mechanic usually disassemble the brakes? Also, could it be possible that the VSC/ABS is stuck on? If so, would restarting the battery help?
