Default Not the average Coilovers question

So I just picked up a 1999 GS400, and searching through the forums I found tons of threads that I kind of expected, "what are the best Coilovers for under $1000" or "what are the best bang for your buck Coilovers". I searched for a bit and seemed to only find threads like these. Which I'm not really looking for. I am a big fan of Coilovers and am not looking to go the air suspension route. I'm looking for some high end Coilovers routes to go, I am aware of some big names, but I am sure there are names I've never heard of or that just don't exist in the Euro world, which I'm more familiar with.

Just a quick run through of what I am looking for:
-Fully adjustable
-Price Range: 2200-3200
-Must be able to go LOW
-Comfort over Performance (although I am more than aware that going extremely low will never be all that comfortable)
-Don't mind waiting for long shipping or production times as long as company is reliable

I'm a strong believer in buying high quality parts, and doing things right the first time. So I am just looking to get an idea of what my options are.

Thanks a ton guys,
Zaior
