Question Tein Flex ?

Hello Club Lex Family. OK. My question is this. I recently got my alignment done at the dealer & everything is just fine. Everything is driving nicely but, I getting a squeaking sound fromt he front passenger tein coilover. I have 1 1/2 drop which settled to 1 3/4 drop ( 1 finger drop ) Usually my Flex make a (Friday the 13th Jason attack sequence kinda noise) sounds like shoo, shoo, shoo but, no har, har, har. lol. when the coils are moving up & down. Just today I noticed that it's also sqeaking now. Do you think that maybe the upper pillow mounts at the top are starting to come loose. Sorry but that's what it sounds like. Now it goes squeak, squeak, shoo, shoo, shoo. hhhmmm.?

Red face Hey Bro.

Hey Man I'm just keeping it real. That's exactly what it sounds like " shoo shoo shoo "

Maybe Paul ran over 'Bubb Rubb' and he's trapped under there?

Hmmm...that's odd, my coilovers FLEX don't make that noise...I would recommend calling TEIN USA (www.tein.com) and asking them what the problem is...maybe needs some lubrication? Did you check to make sure every bolt is tight? Three on the top, one on the bottom....make sure the adjustment ring and the lock ring aren't loose....make sure the spring looks ok...look for other damage....maybe there's a Jack Russell Terrier in there somewhere?!

Wink Problem solved

I tooked it to the dealer today & the tech just tigthen everything & lubed everything up. No noise & now tein's are working great. I had them grease the bushing & everything in the rears too. Tom's stuff-6-peice & TRD sways cus they were starting to creak. I think I wore out the bushings. Can anyone tell me where to get replacements for the TRD Sways urethane to swap for the harden rubber ones? Everyone thinks I have someone or somthing trapped underneath my car. What's up wit the Jack russel too. Only if people knew what a delicacy they are. jus kiddin yah.
