Default Are both inner tie rods the same?

I know that sometimes some cars have opposing thread. But I just wanted to be sure because all the ones on rockauto show just one and it doesn't say left/right. So just order 2 of those and I should be good, right?

I guess this needs to be in suspension. Sorry about that.

Inners are the same, outers (ends) are different.

Just make sure the one you buy come with the claw washers. I bought a pair of MOOG tie rods and they didn't come with any. They're only $1.50/each from the Toyota dealer, but they're special order! Currently waiting for mine to show up...

What's the part number for these washers? I just received my Moog inners and have the same issue. Nearest dealer is 1+ hours away so I need the p/n.
