Default Replacing brakes

Hey guys,
I think its time for me to replace my brake pads. I'm just wondering if it is possible to resurface cross drilled rotors or should i just use new brake pads without touching the rotors?

for best result you should. and depending on what kind of brakes you have, you might or might not be able to surface the rotors.

I just turned both of my SupraTT x-drilled rotors at a local machine shop. $40 for 2 rotors. I just put them on today. It's super smooth now from 80mph to fully stop

So x-drilled rotors can get turned as well? Holes on rotors don't have an impact on the turning machine?

I just thought that perhaps the cutting edge could get "stuck" in the holes as its cutting...maybe just a stupid assumption.

Turning x-drilled rotors is a little tricky. You'll need the special carbide bits to do the job. Most brake chains, i.e., Midas can not do it. You need to find a machine shop with the right tools.
