jusy got new sways!!!!
A year ago I got the TRD Blue sway bars, I liked the performance benifit but the ride was horrible!. I was planning on getting the Daizen sways but some how they are not available now?. Anyway I just got a pair of the TRD Sportivo sways (the white ones). I will have them installed on Tuesday and I will post a complete comparison to stock as well as to the blue TRD sways. So far just from holding them the rear bar feels hevier than the TRD Blue sway. It is also solid not hollow. The front is hevier than the stock sways but no where near the weight of the Blue TRD sway bar, as it is hollow. I will post more on tuesday.

There was an issue with the powdercoat finish on the bars, so they were all recalled and are being redone. I guess the cosmetic quality issue is a pretty high priority, so none were released.
We have quite a few on backorder as do some other dealers, but I can't really have too many qualms considering the reasons for the delay.
I saw them and they were not bad considering they are something that is going underneath a car and will get super dirty anyways, but I guess demanding the highest quality isn't necessarily a bad thing either
My last word was that they were in the process of being stripped and refinished. No ETA but I guess it can't be too long other than waiting in line at the powdercoat facility for stripping, and then recoating.

I, too, have the Sportivo sway bar set, and will have them installed on Saturday, the 15th. I haven't seen the TRD race sways, so I can't compare, but the Sportivos are pearl white, very high quality finish, impressive. I hope they perform the way I think they will. I will post results, so stay tuned.

The TRD racing sways are a deep metallic blue - they're really great looking. TRD seems to do VERY nice paint jobs on their parts, including the STB, LCBs, sways, etc.
