I get this squeak kind of like a bushing/rubber squeak if that makes sense, anytime I jack up car or lower it back down rather quick, on front driver side. You can also hear it going over certain dips and bumps, it's very noticeable.

It seems like it's some sort of bushing, I kind of narrowed it down to the upper A arm bushing area. The way I did that was by jacking up lowering car and listening.

I just recently removed front suspension and replaced both shock bushings and other rubber isolators on front shocks. The noise was there before I ever replaced those parts. I also swapped driver side shock to passenger side shock to see if noise went to passenger side, it didn't. Then I replaced stock upper A arm with Megan upper A arm for camber fix, noise is still there. I also tried loosening both bolts and lubricating them with WD40 and setting pre load on bushings per spec.

Has anyone had this issue, or can anyone suggest what it can be?

This is where I think squeak is coming from.

I have squeaks somewhere in the front. I disassembled/reassembled my coilovers and it wasn't the problem. Now I'm thinking it's the bushings on the sway bar. I can push down on the front end near top of the coilover and it will squeak.

Are you sure the squeak is coming from the UCA and not the LCA?

Well I unbolted the sway bar and greased the bushings. Re-torqued them and no more squeaks.

A few weeks before I did re-torqued the bolts but didn't loosen the whole bar and there were still faint squeaks. Therefore, I'm thinking, 1) the grease or 2) loosening the whole sway bar and tighten everything, works.

I'm drawing a blank, what sway bar did you grease and re-torque? Where is it located, in engine compartment or under vehicle??

Ok, I figured Out where the sway is located. This is what's causing the squeak. I loosened up the two 14mm bolts, lubed and re-torqued.

Squeak is not as loud anymore but still there. Looks like that sway bushing needs to be replaced.

Thanks to all that helped me figure this out, much appreciated.

Just ordered the bushing from Sewell Lexus. I paid $49.96 with shipping for two of them. I'm going to replace both sides. Here is the part number if anyone ever needs it.

BUSHING, FRONT STABILIZER BAR
Part No. 4881530571

Should have went ahead with the front sway bar upgrade; it would have replaced your bushings too!

Thought about it, but I wouldn't benefit from any handling upgrades (if any) b/c of my driving habits.

Glad I can help. That bushing is worn out in that picture. I have the F-Sport sway bar and it's a nice improvement in handling.
