Default swapping coilovers, do i need alignment?

I am swapping coilovers and the height will remain the same. Do I need an alignment?

Though, in theory, you're not changing the suspension geometry; but some say regardless you should and some say you're fine. It's really up to you and what you feel is best.

it's not just about lowering
when you're messing with suspension components your alignment will change

of course you don't NEED one, just means you'll risk wearing our your tires faster and unevenly, as well inferior handling
