Hey guys I need your experience with brakes because I've been noticing a grinding noise coming from my rear driver side when I brake and notice the rotor looks roughed up so I figure it might as well be time to update everything already because I dont think the previous owner did anything as far as brakes go. I was looking up a brake and rotor combo and came up with this.

Just was wondering if anyone is running these and are they any good and if they are worth the money? I was reading also that I might be better off with Brembo blanks and a good set of pads from Akebono or EBC. My car is stock and will be for awhile so I dont need a BBK as of now just a simple replacement. Just looking if theres anything better than OEM. Thanks for any info guys!
