Best Rotors?
The "best rotor" depends on what it is intended for. I personally drive spiritedly on a daily basis and frequent Mtn roads and curvy roads; so I went with a Power Slot slotted rotor coupled with Stop Tech Street front pads and Axxis Ultimate rear pads.
Just as gville350 said....the best is all relative to how you drive. I just got centric blanks for my dd and freeway driving but they're definitely functional when I get into the canyons as well. No complaints at all.
For street driving you really can't beat Centric Premium rotors. Cheap and hold up great. If you are really agressive so ever take you car to the track StopTec slotted or DBA 4000 rotors are good low cost upgrades. I am runnning StopTec Cryo rotors with StopTec pads and really like them but I track my car 4-5 times a year. The slots do really kill you pad life though. I generally get about 4 track days and 5000 miles out of a set of pads.

I have currently Race Concepts R1 cross drilled and slotted rotors they only lasted about 40,000 miles. I am taking a new job and will travel a lot in my car so I decided to go Centric blanks. I have ceramic pads as well and I also ordered the brake hardware kits from Sewell for the front and back. Along with that I bought all new slider pins and the bleeder bolts and caps. So basically full on rebuild. I had the lifetime warranty on my pads so I get those for free. Paid $318 for everything else shipped
