Someone is selling the SPC upper control arms with bushings included. I'd replace both with bushings and even the lower ball joints & toe rods all at once to save on labor charges if you haven't already replaced those. However to address your other question would you want to put old bushings on a brand new part?...

2nd Gen GS for sale forum asking $350-375 but I'm sure you can get a better price from the seller since they've been for sale for a couple days now...

I put Roca upper control arm bushings and my car rides great bushings run around 100 dollars.you will have to have them pressed in and the old ones taken out. Not hard to take the arm out there is a thread on here on how to.
