Default Suspension Setup Question

Hi everyone, i recently blew my bilstien coilovers on my is300 and decided to go with just a conventional shock suspension setup. I Bought the KYB GR-2 / Excel-G Gas Shocks, and was wondering what springs would work good with these shocks if anyone has had any xperience with these shocks or if they have some springs that they would recommend. i would prefer ride height to be slightly lower then stock
