Default M2 Lowering Springs

Decided to give these a shot. They were cheaper than my price range so that went perfect. I saw that no one did a review on them yet so this is a partial start to my review. Here is the unboxing and everything.

NOTE **I will not be able to put this on until spring. I live in Wisconsin so its pretty cold around here. lol... will update as soon as i put them in though.**

Got a short video aswell.

at a first glance, they do. Never had the f-sport springs so i couldn't tell. For the price, i bet the f-sport springs are better though just due to Lexus craftsmanship.

Yeah... Apparently they raise your car.

No way I'd put replica springs on my car. Cheap exhaust, I can do as long as it sounds nice but cheap springs no

Now I'm not a hater on replica parts, I use them myself but..........

I think for something like exhaust it doesn't matter much because it's just a pipe, can't do any more harm than maybe lose some power, as well HUGE price difference between authentic and replica
But when it comes to suspension-related where there's so much safety involved.....I think better be safe than sorry........get something legit, it doesn't cost that much more

I heard these springs do absolute nothing and in some cases raise the car? Hopefully you will not see these results.

FAIL. Due to the reviews, i decided to ship these back and go with TEIN S-Techs. They shouldn't be a problem for my AWD.

Good choice

Although, be careful with your CV boot. Looks like there have been a few threads on it leaking due to ride height (you should be good with the S-techs though).

never knew that... do you know why they may rip? Is it because of the lowering springs, which make the CV boot lower than usual, rubbing on something?

I think I should be okay though..? Its not going to lower it to a point where my boots are way off right...?

Most of the cases have been when people are lowered on coilovers (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...oot-issue.html). S-techs don't lower it enough to generally cause any problems (of course, lowering your AWD vehicle will cause additional stress, but it won't be an immediate effect).
