Default Question on the Teins

Hi,

I am considering upgrading to coilovers and haven't decided between the HA and Flex yet. My questions are as follows:

How quiet are the coilovers, any noticeable popping or clicking noises when going over bumps or uneven surfaces?

I understand the the Flex has a P/U mount whereas the HA does not? What does the P/U mount do? Any other differences between HA and Flex?

I know the Teins are rebuildable/serviceable, will they require more maintenance to keep them working well versus the regular shocks/springs over the long haul on a daily driver?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I can tell you that I do not have any noises with my Teins.

nop there is no noise whatever going over everywhere, as long as they are installed correctly. it's just like a very nice set of springs and shocks so it shouldn't have any sound. i am not 100% sure about the upper mount, but from what i heard, the one from tein will make the ride softer and less bouncy.

for the rebuild, you shouldn't have to put extra care on the tein, except maybe lub the coils every once in a while. that's pretty much it.
