Default 2007 Lexus IS250 rear brake help

So I recently had my brakes and rotors done a month or so ago. As I was washing my car today, I noticed that my top retainer piece and slipped out and causing the pin to come out. I put the retainer back on correctly. For some reason it doesn't feel like it will stay in.

Has anyone had this experience before? Should I buy new retainer pins?

If it popped out once, it might happen again. I'd recommend a new shim kit.

Yeah, I was guessing that's what I'll need to do. I'll have to call my local Lexus dealership and see if they have it in stock. Or I can look at getting some from Sewell and keep an eye on my rear brakes until it gets delivered
