please dont get those wheels
as for the questions, I am running 20x8.5 with 255/35/ZR20 Dunlops. I also have Eibach springs which is about a 1.25" drop give or take I believe. Now the ride is not that bad but it is definately not factory smooth by any means.I get a pretty good amount of road noise in the car, nothing that the stereo cant drowned out at low volume though.Since you are only running 8.5" with a 255 you should be able to go pretty low with coilovers, you would be able to tuck the rear tire.As far as what type of tein's to get, it really just depends on what type of ride you are looking for from my understanding.I'll leave that question up to somebody with a little more knowledge of Tein's

Well guys, i bought them and all i can say is WhoA!!,
SICK, looks better up close then in the pic
its gonna look sick on my ride, i will post pics when i can put them on, but two problems:
1) its ******ing snowing in Toronto,
2) I bought them USed, it has 255/35/20's in the back and 245's in the front Pirelli Pzero's, but 3 tires are worn and one is brand new.
Can i put 265's in the back on the 8.5 rims?????? and still lower 1.25?????
So i need 3 tires all together.
Killed that amazing deal i got on them
I can put springs on 20's??? wow
Anyone got hook ups on tires?? i would buy from the states but the ****ing import tax ******'s the price up.
thanks,

for an 8.5" rim, i'd just go ahead and do a 245 all around, cause there is very little point in getting staggered tires without a staggered rim, and the fitment will look different from front to back.
or you could save a little and get three tires that are exactly like the one new one you have, and it needs to be exact, brand and size. tires have slight variations from manufacturer to manufacturer that won't bode well on your car

Thanks for your info guys,
Man i checked today for tires and some crazy prices: $625 (CAD) + 15% tax, plus Jan1 going up another 5-6% on tire prices here,
Ridiculous,
I looked at tirerack.com for Pzero's 245/35/20 for $279, roughly($460)CAD. before shipping, plus i pay duty on the border so it evens out
any suggestions guys??? is this a price a person with 20's must PAY????

Your ride IS NOT going to get any better than stock no matter what mod you do. The 20's trade off some ride comfort, but the 255's will be slightly smoother than 235-245's. Other than that, lowering, performance springs /shocks is only going to make your ride harder than stock.
It comes down to how low you want to go and what kind of ride are you willing to live with.
Whether the ride is acceptable is totally up to you. What's a decent ride for one person can be un-acceptable to another.
If you only need around a 1 inch drop, then you should be able to maintain a decent ride IMO. Jawnthen has 20's with HR springs and Bilstein shocks (with a very modest drop) . He can comment on this himself, but when I rode in his car I thought it was real good, and not what I would consider rough at all.

well guys, I did it, I put them on and can I say Wow.
Not only they look great, the ride is not bad at all. I expected so much worse.
I look at my car and it looks like it must get dropped 1 inch all around.
1 problem though, when i turn the steering wheel all the way around in both directions, it rubs. I'm shocked, what da *****. I never heard anyone say that with 20's in their gs.
Its rubbing against the inner rubber and the mud guards, i think.
I won't do springs, for sure coilovers and most likely Tein Flex.
I am going crazy with the not speeding business. I'm saving so much gas its not funny.
Will post pics soon.
