I have an IS250 and I recently switched my front brakes with new rotors and lifetime ceramic pads from the local shop. They have had to replace the pads 4 times in the past two weeks because they do not stop squeaking. Anyone have any ideas? They were Bosch pads the last three times. I can't remember what they were the first time. Or am I stuck getting the Lexus OEM pads for double the price with no warranty?? Thanks.
try giving it more time to break in, maybe 500 miles? if they dont go away it may be the pads. i personally use oem dustless and EBC Redstuff from england.
i have Duralast life-time warranty pads (non-ceramic) on my IS250 brakes and no squeaks at all. i also resurfaced my OEM rotors when i changed the pads.
