Default Lowering Inquiries

Hi guys!

I'm planning to lower my 99 GS300 and I'm wondering if lowering springs will give me a aggressive looking drop. Also will it be enough to reduce A LOT of fender space if I put in 19's?

Thinking about Eibach Pro Kit or Tein S. Techs...

Yea. Coils all the way. Springs will just give you a moderate drop. Maybe a 2 finger gap in front or so. I'll take a picture of my car on b&g springs and stock struts. My Sig is when it was on coils.

Thanks for the info bro. That was actually what I wanted to know... I felt like a 1.5 drop wasn't enough.

springs vs coils? Aren't they the same thing? In fact often called "coil springs"

I believe what the folks above are talking about is "coilovers" ?
