You need roughly 67mm from the face of the rotor to the back of your wheel spokes to clear LS400 calipers; 72mm to clear TT calipers. I can confirm these measurements with the fitment of a set of CCW Classics. The spokes cleared LS400 calipers with around 2mm to spare. A 5mm spacer is required to clear TT calipers.

Not all wheels are created equal and offsets do not determine caliper clearance. Your spoke design will dictate clearance. As you can tell, I have more clearance near the hydraulic bridge but run into issues near the hub where the spokes start to curve.

Great advise! Wheel Diameter is also a huge consideration!

I just happen to have a set of H&R 15mm spacers for you

Supraforums was good to me this weekend. Guy went Stoptech BBK with having only 1000 miles or so on these freshly rebuilt and painted calipers, DBA rotors and Carbotech pads. This should take care of any braking worries I had before...

^ Link didn't work.

Also, in regards to what I said on the last page, I just removed my wheels for the first time, and YES, there is a spacer between my rim and the hub. It's approx. 0.5" thick.
