Default Disk Damage?

Gents-

I need some opinions please. Recently took my GS4 to the dealer to have the calipers and rotors repainted, becuase the first time they did a poor job. The second time tho, the job was done better, with the proper paint and a few add'l coats. One problem, look what they did to my rear left disc. I believe this was done while trying to remove some overspray. Any suggestions to remedy? Although the gouges pictured look worse than I believe they are, the fact is that they weren't that way when I left my car.

Thx-

Doug
