Clatter from front passenger suspension
I have a 2000 GS300. I have replace all of the front end components except the sway bar components, UCA, and inner tie rods. I lower it not too long ago on some NF210's with KYB G2 struts. Since doing so I have always had some light metal clatter (best word to describe the sound) when hitting bumps(not all bumps). I have always assumed it was the lower rest that the spring sits on and the spring hitting each other (due to being lowered). It had been sitting for the past month and half due to needing front wheel bearings. I finally took care of that this week but now the front passenger side seems like it is much louder than it use to be. I even took everything apart and re torqued everything to make sure I did it right. I don't see play in any thing, nothing loose. Nothing is rubbing. I don't know what to think other than this is normal for drop springs or the strut is faulty?
I am almost to the point of taking it to a mechanic and wasting money on their second opinion. What do you guys think???

i have megan coilovers on my car and get the same noise. on my driver's side i found that it was a loose bracket that held some oil/ac lines. so the metal lines we moving around clattering as they hit each other. i'm going to check my passenger side for the same problem soon.
