Default What do i need to replace? (damage pics included)

Incase someone reading this doesn't know my story, my car got rear-ended/side swiped and the passenger side of the car lifted off the ground. I am not sure how fed up this is and what i need to change but i know the rear stabilizer shouldn't be rubbing the strut.
driver side - side that stayed on the ground

passenger side - side that got hit and lifted off the ground

tularisgp, thanks for pointing that out. Actually you are wrong, well kind of. The driver side is the one installed wrong. I just looked at the parts diagram and it shows the endlink facing toward the wheel not toward the diff.

When i lifted the car i saw that the passenger side endlink was ground down because of rubbing the strut so that needs to be replace. Do you guys think a simple alignment would be able to restore that gap between the endlink and the strut. Or does something have to be bent for that kind of damage to occur?
