Default Do I need to replace this?

Ok while taking the front apart, I notices this was loose. I know it still tightens up, but not sure if i need to replace it.



P.S. sorry didnt know how to search for this one.

if the rubber boot is not broken you can re-use it just push it back in and add some grease on the slide
