I'm running the bc coilover 12k, 10k spring rates. I'm sitting at no gap to the tire. I think it rides better then stock. It's a firmer ride, but not bouncy at all. I daily drive my car and much prefer the drive with the coilovers compared to stock. ( dad has stock suspension on is IS and I have driven them back to back. )

I've never heard specifics, but someone once told me that coils might only last 30-40k miles. Is that true? I'm considering coils but don't want to deal with having to replace them in 2-3 years.

If your worried about the rebuilt go with BC Racing. It's $90 to replace cartridge and you DIY with no down time.Plus it cheaper than buying a oem shock if your blows out.

Best, most comfortable kit IMO would be the KW V3's. They take a little more time to get setup but at the correct ride height will be very nice,.

Next to that the BC Racing kit would be the way to go, we can do a custom "comfort" kit and/or do Swift springs upgrade.

Hit us up and we can help

Never had coilovers for the IS. Are all these coilovers really that good for this car? I've never heard so many good things and no complaints about coilovers on a car before lol.

In general, the BC, Megans etc. are they not all made in pretty much the same factory with different settings and brands on them?

I've really wanted to get a set of KW V3's when the time comes, but I don't really plan to track the IS like I have with cars in the past. I'd like to keep my IS handling well without my wife complaing about her ***** hurting after a drive lol. So are the BC and Megan's really a good cheap option for a DD?

I just sat in my buddies is250 slammed on megan lp. I must admit that it handles really well. Also it was so comfortable to my surprise. Rides very vomfortable. Imo better than my stock suspension from the fsport package.

Haven't rode in a isx50 with bcr yet. But heard great reviews on them.
