Default Changing Brake Pads

I have a 2007 IS250 AWD and I'm thinking of switching the brake pads. Would I need to switch the rotor along with it or can I just switch the pads?

If you mean you plan to put on new pads of the same kind because the old ones are worn out, as long as there's nothing wrong with the rotor/braking now, just put on new pads, bed them properly, and go.

If you mean you plan to switch to some other different pad I suppose my question would be why?

Put the new pads in and your good to go.
But if you feel your rotors are uneven you should get them resurfaced. Its unlikely they are but check to see if the rotor surface is smooth and even on both sides.

No need to do anything to the rotors other than check to see that they are still within the thickness spec.
-Install new pads; bed them; and go.

Are they have minimum or deep groove rotor?? Yep get the thickness spec on the rotor to make sure nothing under 26mm.. If u feel vibrate, yeah had to replace rotors or machine rotors.. Depend
