please help me if you can
if you know please explain the best you can.this is my first time get lower spring on my car.i heard lot people tell me that after install the lower spring and drive like 2000 miles let it settle and go get alignment.i just bought 19 after market rim online and i buy the tires from local tires shop and let them mounting the tires to my 19 after market rims.the guy at the tires shop told me that i have to come back every 6000k miles to get alignment.i have life time alignment i see on the invoice.if im gonna install lower spring on my car and then i just have to come back tires shop and tell them alignment again because i have free life time alignment.am i right?let me know if im wrong or i have to pay again because this alignment for for lower spring not the tires. Thanks
Springs, if properly installed, do not settle. Put the car back on the ground after install, bounce it a couple times or maybe drive it around the block, and it's ready to be aligned.
I've no idea what the details are on lifetime alignment from a specific local shop though- you'd probably need to ask the shop.
