Club Lexus contains a wealth of information, especially for the DIYer but you should learn to use the SEARCH filter ASAP for the benefit of all. Specific to your question, there's a section titled:
Hello all (Links to most DIYs for the GS) PLEASE LOOK HERE BEFORE YOU SEARCH!!
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ou-search.html
On that page you'll find basic visual instruction on how to remove your suspension, one reference is:
Spring replacement:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ht=replacement
If those instructions posted by a fellow member to help others aren't technical enough for you (i.e. torque specs, specific parts listings for replacement, etc.) there's a Service Manual posted in the same section:
GS300 JZS160 / JZS161 Work Shop Repair Manual TSRM:
http://bahamutcars.free.fr/workshop/...nts/index.html
You also might post your suspension woes in the Suspension Section for better response, especially since your topic will stay "on top" longer than the general section:
Suspension and Brakes
Springs, shocks, coilovers, sways, braces, brakes, etc.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...nd-brakes-185/
As a general rule, the more specific you are with your question the better advice you're receive from other members. Good luck and welcome to CL.

OP...what are you having problems with....front or back? Be more specific. Take a pic if you have to, and post it up.

I tackled this myself yesterday..I used the diy of the Jonathancl for the l tuned suspension
And helped me alot..I had problem on the front and did the method of just turning the wheels and had plenty of space to pull out the stock suspension..
Thanks everyone . I'm really living his forum more and more!
