I hope you take it easy on the rotor (and pad if you change them also) for at least 200 miles. Let them seat properly between the pads and rotors before doing heavy braking.

you are right on Chu

that's what i've been doing since i got my rotors redone. my brake pads were almost new, so i didn't change them, and since they are OEM pads too. but yeah, i'm taking it easy, braking early, so that i don't brake hard on them. so far so good. no more vibrations.
