Which Supra Calipers are these?

Those are not the upgrade version. Looks like NA Supra caliper from the pictures. A pair of good front caliper from NA is probably worth only $100.
The MK4 Turbo version front caliper has 4 pistons (2 on each side) and are worth $400-$500 for a good pair.
My opinion for upgrading: It's pointless and a waste of money using those as upgrades for IS or SC. You can use LS400 caliper as upgrades if you don't want to spend $600. LS400 can go for as low as $150 for a good pair.

Those look like the brakes on my car SC400"s but looking at the pads is throwing me off the SC300's pads look like those the the SC400's got a "V" shaped brake pads .I learned the hard way because i bought a an SC300 with SC400 calipers and SC300 rotors

I'm glad you posted these up, for the new brothers that get on here wanting to do a BBK upgrade. When I heard of another brother on here getting some MKIV BBKS from pep boys by giving them his old ones I was on it! 'Till I saw them! Do like I did Go to the junk yard and pick up a pair for $40-80! I paid $40!
