Default first pics FIGS rear Toe links

Hi guys, thought I would post up here since these could pontentially fit on Gen 2 GS as well. These are my version of the rear Toe links. The offer the following advantages over the Megan products:

-Solid rod ends for strength with PTFE (teflon) liners. No noise because there is no metal on metal. They are available in 3 versions ECON, Motorsports, and Precision. The economy is a 2 piece rod end, the motorsports is a slot injection molded race and the precision is a 3 piece rod end. The Econ will be fine for most alignment woes, where the other two are more for track performance. The competition uses a welded stud on carrier design that is much weaker and prone to process failure at the weld. Also the ball joint and spherical bearings are metal on metal which can cause noise.

-Swaged tubing: This is for strength and weight. Thinner wall tubing with swaged ends is both stronger and lighter than the competition.

-Precision machined taper stud, mis alignment spacers and proprietary high misalignment nut. The tapered stud is a FIGS design and the new HMA nut that captures the rod end on top is a one-of-a-kind design. The tapered stud and nut are 4140 Chromoly steel, hardened to grade 8 specs. The spacers are SUS303.
I will also offer custom powdercoating for a small addition.

Pricing will be $135-$195 depending on rod ends and I will have intro special pricing as well that will be about 10% off.

Please contact me with any questions.

I have all the parts for 2-piece rod ends (pictured) now and the rest by the end of the week.

If that will work on gen 2 GS, Then put me in for a set. Let me know when these are available. I'd offer my car for a test fit, but I'm in Honolulu. Unless you don't mind me testing them and I'll send you pics and results>

That is the key...anytime there is welding there is a variance in the process. That means consistency part to part that will relate to stress and strength. I try to avoud these vairables whenever possible and even my MEGA arms are safety factor welded to provide many redundant interfaces...just incase there are variances, the load does not fall on a single component.

I know the Megan IS300 rear traction rod has a welded end but I don't think their toe rods are the same. They appear to be one piece upon visual inspection.

Your link looks great though! Very interested!
