TRD Sways....
Dex, Manaray, I think you guys have too much faith in TRD quality in this situation: in the end, a sway is just a piece of metal. Sure there are probably a million ways to make a sway (with different properties), but I am sure that there is more than one company out there that could make as good (or better) part, especially considering that TRD outsources the manufacturing, if I heard the rep correctly. It is the tuning, I think, that separates the men from the boys.
Unless they specialize in Toyota/Lexus, the extent of most smaller maufacturers is borrow a customer's car and perform the R&D. They would not spend the time or resources like TRD Japan. I guess you can say I also have faith in TRD Japan over other manufacturers.
Also, the bushings included with the TRD bars fit exactly, in contrast with those of the Intrax that appeared to be generic.

As far as I can see, the TRD sways were thicker wall tubing with the same OD. So the stock bars should be able to be used as a template to make stiffer units. There are enough stock sways floating around people on this board to make them usable if we need to find someone to make the doggoned things.

Also, check out the TRD Sportivo Suspension Set for the Aristo (GS), which includes the sway bars;

There will be some new sway bars on the market in a month or so, around $500 for the complete set...adjustable rear bar and specific bushings unlike the Intrax ones.
I have some info that you people might be interested in!

Who's the manufacturer? Are they in US, Japan?
How do you know about this?
The quality is pretty good from what I've seen.
