Default L-Tuned Wheels??

Does anyone have the L-Tuned 18's?? If so, do you like them?? Does anyone have pics of them?? I have found some pictures searching the internet, but nothing that gives me a good idea of what they look like on a GS with the Pilot Sport tires.

Default This help?

Here is a pic of kyle3481's car. Very nice...I think he is in the market for 19's so he might be selling them...pm him and find out if you like them.

Nice screenname...hehe. Can you guess where I went to school? Where in Texas are you...I'm guessing Austin but who knows.

Late.

Chad,

I've got LTuned Wheels w/ Michelin Pilot Sports. I personally think it's a great package. I love the tires; real smooth & quiet + very responsive. The wheels are made by OZ and are finished very nice. The silver finish goes well with my black GS400. The caps w/ the 'L' logo are nicely done.

See my latest thread (Brake Upgrade) and photos in the GS Photo Gallery. I included a couple of shots with the wheels mounted.

Hope this helps. If you want more photos I have some and can send them to you in a PM. Let me know.

ps. I bought them from Steve Ganz (Carson Toyota).

Yeah, those are the same(+1" in Diameter) wheels(width-wise) that they use on the Supra Twin Turbo(stock), 18"x8 (front) & 18"x9.5 (rear) They provide VERY good traction/ handling. The only difference(between the L-Tuned 18's & the stock Supra TT 17's) is that the OZ Salina's use 265/35ZR18 tires in the rear  & the Supra uses 255/40ZR17 tires in the rear. Those L-Tuned(18") rear tires are Wide:eek:

Default stock TT wheels/ tires= L-Tuned 17's

Also the L-Tuned 17's(Superturismo) are totally identical dimension-wise to the stock JZA-80 wheels/ tires. 8.0x17 /9.5x17 wheels with 235/45ZR17 (front) 255/40ZR17 (rear) tires

Those are great pics of the wheel, Mr GS400. It was hard to find close-ups of these wheels before I bought mine. The wheels don't really grab you from afar but are pretty beefy up close. I have not regretted buying them. On to of that, if you like the wheels, the L-Tuned package price is a great deal.

Also, I've been meaning to paint my calipers and seeing your pics have inspired me to get going on this.

Be ware that you cannot do the supra tt brake upgrade with these wheels but if you aren't wanting to do it, then no biggie.
