Default Need some help with Tein S-Techs

Alright, so after a while of deciding which springs to go with, my Tein S-Techs will finally be arriving tomorrow. Does anyone have a DIY thread to help me go through installation tomorrow?? Or can someone tell me step-by-step how to install them. I know you have to have a tool to compress the OEM springs, and I can rent one at Autozone, but I need to know How to do a clean install. ANY info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Pretty easy just follow the coilover diy thread. The compression is the only part that is a pain, but other than that everything is pretty easy just time consuming. If this is your first time doing it, expect to spend the whole day on it.

awww man!! The WHOLE day?? this is my first time messing with the suspension and im not very savvy when it comes to mechanical stuff. :-/ Also, i recently went back to my stock 18' rims, will there be any rubbing issues? Teins are supposed to lower the front about 1.6 and the rear 1.2.

You can fit 20mm in the rears. I have 15mm F and 20mm R, but I have H&R springs so my rears are a bit lower. I've only rubbed a few times in the rear.

the install should be fairly easy...just take your time and don't forget to remove the abs sensor plug behind the caliper before you start tugging on stuff. almost ripped mine apart.

this is not working out like the DIY says. I am trying to remove the Strut from the LCA but it is not moving at all!! it seems that the Strut is wedged between my rotors and it is not letting me slide the strut off. any suggestions????
