Default How do you align the rear wheels?

I had an alignment done and the tech couldn't get it quite right in rear. He said that the bushings that the necessary bolts went through were shot. He was afraid if he loosened the bolt, the bushing would tear, so he left things as they were. I didn't think to ask him at the time what parts were bad.

I'm going to replace the bad parts, but I need to know for sure what he was talking about.

I'm pretty sure I need #4, 5, 6, and 7 for each side. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

you have the camber adjusting bolt (no 6, and no 7)

you have the toe adjusting bolt (no 13, and no 14)

not quite sure how the caster is adjusted, or if its even adjustable on our cars.

Sounds like you're having a problem similar to mine. If you can't adjust the rear camber than the bushing where the camber bolt goes thru is probably shot(has too much play in it). Because this is not a rubber bushing, it's what's called a heim joint or pillow bushing, I haven't been able to find a replacement in the US. I did find a replacement in England http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=190375903825
and I've ordered a pair. I'll take pics when I install them and post it. They're about $185, delivered which is a lot cheaper than buying 2 brand new knuckles or spindles.

I'm pretty sure that bushing won't work. It looks like the LS400 and 2GS have a different knuckle design. That ebay page says it fits both the 2GS and LS400?? You can buy those LS400 bushings in the US.
