Are you saying that you greased up the lower bushing on the inside where the bolt goes through? If so I might do this and save my replacement lower brackets!

I did grease the bolt were it goes thru the brass insert, but greasing that bolt probally wouldn't help much, and I had greased the bolts when installing them the first time but got the squeaks anyway..

I dont have Megans but Im on Stance coilovers... My rear leftside seems to squeak as loud as that video clip. Super annoying also, I'll be checking mines out later when some other suspension components comes in.

Wow, I didn't know you pressed the whole bushing out...props on trying that out. I just got my updated lower brackets from Megan today...they are going on tomorrow, and I really hope this fixes the problem with the re-designed bushing. The noise is getting out of contro

Can you snap a pic of the replacements? It may be helpful to document for folks who get these coils later to tell if they have updated or old stock ones when the receive them. Assuming there is some visual indication of a difference..

Here is a pic of the new lower bracket with the updated bushing (that should not squeak in cold weather).

I haven't installed them yet but hope to within the next 12 days. When I remove the old ones I will post a pic of the original lower bracket bushings..

Ok so I installed the new brackets last night. The problem is fixed 100%. Basically if you compare the new designed bushing to the old bushing, it is comparable to having a rim with a narrow tire on it, versus a really wide tire. The new design has a little bit of bushing missing towards the end of the brass sleeve where the lower bolt goes through. It is cut away do the bushing will not rub on the inside of the lower control arm.

Those are way different than the originals!

Good to see megan responding and standing behind their product. I will have to call them and see about getting some replacements..

This has become quite the useful thread for those that have these coilovers, did they also replace the rears or just the fronts as shown in the post from gman?

EDIT: Megan said they had no idea what I was referring too. And after 30min said they would send them, but never did.
