If you buy a coilover kit, say Tein HA, or a spring kit, say H&R Sport springs, do they came with all the necessary instructions/hardware to adjust for the new alignment?

 

To the best of my knowledge no aftermarket spring or coil-over includes any alignment details. I believe you use the standard Lexus alignment parameters unless you want something special like increased rear camber for autocrossing, etc.
