Default Swaying? IDK

I hope I can explain this correctly, but first. The problem was only noticeable after I put the 22's on. With the 20's I dont remember having this problem... anyways.

Example: Imagine car being size of your hand siting on all for tires. say you loosen all the lugs on the rims, then you grab the car and slide it side to side. Can you think of the feeling of it tipping left to right? (god i hope this makes sense)

I did do some searching and found one of a guy explaining similar issues, but no resolves. I just ordered the Daizen steering rack bushing kit, was that what I needed? I was thinking sway bar bushing may be it too? any thoughts?

thanks

no he was all stock.

may sound weird, but I'm thinking cause I'm a bit taller that 20's that the height and weight may be the culprit...
