if it can wait that long, great. else, i'd get it done. i've read too many horror stories of what happens when control arms [upper and/or lower] fail.

yea they should be okay until next summer. there aren't any symptoms of them going bad but i do want to replace them as a precaution.

Hey,

I had my control arm replaced couple months back and was looking at the ones on Ebay however, I was advised to stay away from Ebay control arm. You should check with Carson Toyota (CL vendor, you can also get a discount) who can get you genuine parts that is where I got mine from.

Best,

Mark

Mark's right. if there arent any symptoms, then i'd wait and order some OEMs. i brought my car in for an oil change and asked my mechanic to check my suspension components for wear. whaddayaknow the drivers side upper ball joint was wobbly. not wanting to take a risk, i had it replaced ASAP.

buttttttt so far so good
