Default Which Lowering Springs?

O.k. I know this topic has probably been beat to death, but I would like all your input anyway. I`m conisdering a set for my 08 is 350 with stock 18" wheels, and want to avoid all the issues that come with this mod. like ride comfort, clunking, bottoming out, and scraping(due to drop) and not being able to get allignment to factory spec. I`m looking at Fsport, Tanabe, Eibach, Tein, and Hotchkis.

No H&R?
I listed all the drops in another thread, but here they are again:

Tanabe NF210 IS250:
Front: 0.7
Rear: 0.7

Swift Sport Springs IS250:
Front: 0.8
Rear: 0.6

Tein H-Tech:
Front: 1.0
Rear: 0.6

Swift Sport Springs IS350:
Front: 1.0
Rear: 0.8

Tanabe NF210 IS350:
Front: 0.8
Rear: 1.0

Eibach Pro-Kit IS350
Front: 1.0
Rear: 0.8

F-Sport:
Front: 1.0
Rear: 1.0

Tanabe DF210:
Front: 1.0
Rear: 1.1

Eibach Pro-Kit IS250
Front: 1.4
Rear: 1.0

H&R Sport:
Front: 1.4
Rear: 1.3

Tein S-Tech:
Front: 1.6
Rear: 1.2

Megan:
Front: 1.25
Rear: 1.25

The lower you go, the more likely you are of bottoming out/scraping. On H&R, I do scrape every now and then on really steep drive ways or dips, but I am cautious and drive more slowly now. The bigger the drop, the further out of spec the alignment will be. With H&R I can't be in alignment already unless I get the Megan Kit. From my experience though, ride comfort has hardly changed, but that's because it's a progressive spring, and so it is comfy for the most part. I can feel on speed bumps and drops that the spring gets firmer. I have stock 18" wheels as well, and I love the look of it with H&R. I'm just waiting on spacers and then it will be perfect. The F-Sport and Tanabe are hardly noticeable.

Yes, especially in the case of this decision. There's a lot of info out there, much of it from people that are actually using the setup you might be interested in.

^Not going to happen. I'm on H&R's and the ride is very stiff. You just cannot get the best of both worlds.

Case and point: You could go w/ F-Sports which are comfy (I had them on my ride before I went H&R)... but honestly, people didn't even think I dropped the car. That and they were crazy uneven. The fronts looked like an SUV while the rears passed off as 'okay' looking.

If you want the dropped look (good dropped look), you gotta deal w/ the dropped ride. That is unless you shell out the cash and go coilover.
