L-Tuned Warranty, conflicting information
According to L-Tuned.com, if l-tuned components are installed by a lexus dealership they are warrantied for the remainder of the cars manuf. warranty.
According to another site I can't place, l-tuned components, when installed by a lexus dealership, are only covered for the manuf. warranty if they are added at the time of car purchase. Otherwise are only covered for one year from install.
Which is correct?
I'm taking delivery of a 2002 GS430 soon and I was hoping to get the l-tuned suspension upgrade at my 30 day scheduled maint, so I could drive it for a month with the stock setup and feel the difference my ~$1k has bought me
But if I have to get it installed before I pick up my car just to get the fully warranty I guess I don't have a choice.
