Default level head lights

i own lexus gs400 '98.. came halogen and not HID
so assume i dont have auto leveing? is this for sure? or not?

i know when i was looking at my fog lights i found gears there so assume my fog lights has auto leveling some sort.. or maybe it's just for manual leveling with old school way (with a screwdriver)

can anyone fill me in here?

also i was wondering how can i check if my head lights aiming in right point, i got this 8K HID and i dont want to blind people

Non-factory HIDs do not have auto leveling. I have factory HIDs so I never had to get mine adjusted, but when I had my Yukon, I brought it to the dealer and they adjusted it for me, they have some kind of measuring device. That is probably your best bet.
