The megans and tanabe's should be the same when slam. I still have a 1 inch drop in the front and rears, and my rears are tuck rite now and my fronts are almost tuck. SO you just picture how low these tanabe's can go. But I do think the tanabe's have a better ride then the megans.. lolz

Out of the options you listed, I'd go with the Buddy Club or the D2 coils, if they are similarly priced. Build quality is pretty good on these, and I've heard positive feedback from a few trusted installers.

oops...sorry for the wrong info then. I just heard from someone about either Tein or JIC needs to be rebuilt in Japan and took couple of weeks to get it rebuilt whereas Megan's you can just buy new shocks for dirt cheap...

buddy club N+ and racing spec dampers are made better then megans IMO. and you will get a 3.0 drop at least.

Default Tein cs

Does any run TEIN CS coilovers? I plan to throw some coilovers but I reallllly don't want to comprimise the current quality of the ride. Any opinions on TEIN CS's?

How do the Megans compare to the stock ride quality?

it all really depends on your setting... how low you go.... if you are LOW... i can guarantee you.. no oone can have a stock quality ride or better... everyone would be running the hardest setting... it depends on how low you wanna go

Ive been extremely happy with the BC's, more functionality compared with most and the ride is superb. On the track they were great, ISF has a set coming too.

I'm currenty running TEIN CS, the ride quality is okay i mean once u step into the coilovers game it all depend on how low u go as stated above. I regret getting TEIN CS and the amount of money i spent on it because, it doesn't allow u to goes as low as Tanabe, Megans etc...

If you decide to sell them, let me know. I live in San Diego too! btw, are there any IS meets here locally?
