Just recently had these installed on my IS 350. Where should I go to get my alignment done? Also if I ever have issues with the car how should I go about all this w/ the aftermarket springs installed?

1. take it to a local reputable alignment shop. the dealership should be your last option.

2. unless the issue is w/ the s-techs or anything immediately related to it, you should not have any problems when you take it to the dealership.

i'm surprised because when the springs get installed sometimes they wait a bit and do an alignment also. i would just take it to the dealer and get an alignment..for all the aftermarket parts just make sure you have a nice shop nearby for anything..i have all f-sport parts but i'm installng them myself, with CL members or at shops. alignment would be best where u got springs done or def. the dealer, won't void warranty but they will write it down so if you ever have issues they might not cover shocks/springs because you had them installed elsewhere.

brtnrdr1x thanx for the reply. I just had a 20min drive & it was very annoying listening to the scraping at every bump/hill. I was doing about 75mph on the highway & I changed lanes & something seemed off...Im hoping its the alignment but the car just didnt feel right. brtnrd are you saying that having springs only voids the warranty on shocks/& the springs on the car now? I thought that having aftermarket springs voids suspension & other parts too, or am I wrong? This is my first luxury/sport car so I dont want anything to go bad. LMK

Agree +1 ... Just wait about 1 mos.

^ 100% correct and agree! Only your shocks will be voided from any warranty repair.

The noise you need to go back to who ever installed. That has nothing to do with the springs. Mine and many others did not do that. Sounds like an install issue if you ask me. Unless you damaged or they damaged something when they did the install.

Stop worrying about what the dealer will do. If you mod your car you take the change of things going wrong. If you are so worried about it then I suggest you dont do this to your car and just go back to OEM.

Well the sound seems to have gotten better. I removed my spare tire bc I installed an aftermarket sound system. My sub wasnt working properly so I removed the sub box as well which was heavy & now I dont get the clunking noise as much or rubbing...Go figure...Itll be a month next week that I installed the springs & spacers.
