I'm about to buy 20" rims for my is350.

My question is if I have 20" rims, is there any rolling and rubbing fender?

Someone said, rolling and rubbing fender are not the matter of the droping

car, but I still confusing about that!!

After I got 20" rims, dropping car is mandatory? for reduce damaging fender?

Also, how much do I need to spend for sping and shock?

Would it be possible to set up by myself?

If I buy the lowering kit, how much do I need to pay for it enclude labor and tax fee.
