Well, next saturday, the GS is getting the full suspension update. I have new OEM struts, mounts, and isolators. L-Tuned springs, lower balljoints, rack bushings and outter tie-rod ends. Once these are all installed, new yokohama AVID 245/35/20 tires. Wish me luck and Ill post pics when the install is done!!
If I had the time, I would do the install myself but we are short staffed at work. I am having my shop foreman (ASE and Toyota certified Master Diagnostic Tech) do the work while Im working. Hopefully I can get some good pics during the install.......
I might be able to make it. Suspension is done and let me tell you something, the difference is dramatic!!! Car rides just like stock, looks great, and steers awesome!! Probably the best money I have spent on this car. One thing I found about about factory struts during this install is that they are dual stroke struts. This means that they absorb shock on both the up and down strokes. Just some info......
