I just installed Duralast "gold" ceramic front brake pads by Auto Zone yesterday on my IS350 with 22,400 miles. Wear indicator started squealing so I checked pads the next day, pads had about 1mm remaining so I replaced with Auto Zone's finest at $59.99 a pair. While bedding in the pads they were silent, dust free and less grabby than the OEM Dustmaster pads. So far very pleased. I will update if that changes.
